English Teacher for adults (group lessons, 120 minutes, online)
The School of Tatiana Fanshtein is looking for an English Teacher for adults
for online group lessons
Role
You will be responsible for teaching groups of adult students, mostly teachers of English, levels – Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced.
Apart from preparing and conducting lessons, you will be engaged in giving constructive feedback on students' homework, as well as tracking their progress throughout the course.

Qualifications
  • You are an experienced teacher of English (5+ years); you have taught groups of adults online;
  • you practice the Communicative and Lexical Approach;
  • you are a confident user of digital platforms and tools (Zoom, Miro and/or Google slides, Jamboard, etc).
  • Teaching qualifications (CELTA, DELTA), as well as one of Cambridge English Qualifications certificates (CAE or CPE) are an advantage.

Methodologist/DoS for Adults and English Teacher for Adults (groups online)
Are you an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for English language education? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as the Methodologist/Director of Studies in Teaching English to Adults. As the Director of Studies, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic direction of our English language teaching program and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence.

Role
1. Teacher Development: Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for our English language educators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will be asked to conduct monthly webinars/seminars/masterminds on various methodological topics for the team.


2. Educational Leadership: Lead the team, setting clear educational objectives, monitoring teaching quality, and fostering an environment of collaboration and support. This includes: conducting weekly observations of online lessons with constructive feedback to the teachers and consulting the staff on any problems/issues that might arise during the process of teaching groups online. As the educational leader, you will be also teaching General English to several groups of teacher-learners on a regular basis online (levels – Upper-Intermediate and Advanced). Right now we are working with the Outcomes and Speak Out series implementing the communicative and lexical approaches.

3. Hiring Process: As a group leader, you’ll be involved in hiring new personnel: analyzing resumes, conducting interviews and presenting the candidates to the owner of the school. Upon hiring a new member of the team, you’ll be responsible for the onboarding and orientation of the new teacher.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in English language education, with a strong background in curriculum development and teacher training (certificates are welcome).
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of educators toward a common vision.
  • A good general knowledge of educational principles, English language teaching methodologies, and best practices in language acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both educators and students.
  • C2 level of the English language.
  • You are an experienced teacher of English (5+ years);

English Teacher for Kids (individual and group lessons online)
Role
  • Lesson planning
  • Teaching learners 3-13 y.o. (individual and group lessons online);
  • At least 12 academic hours per week
Requirements
  • A certified teacher (finished or nearly finished higher education; other certificates are a plus)
  • At least 6-months experience of teaching online
  • Advanced level of English
  • A confident user of digital platforms and tools (Zoom, Miro and/or Google slides, Jamboard, etc).
  • Being self-employed (samozanyatost) in Tinkoff Bank or be ready to register as a self-employed teacher
What we offer
  • At least 12 hours of online work a week, mostly after 4pm
  • Getting paid twice a month (600-1000rub/ 45 min)
